8th Grade Math, Algebra, Math Success
Welcome to the 8th grade Eagle team. My name is Mrs. Craft and this is my 18th year at MMS as a math teacher. Time sure does fly. I am looking forward to the year and what it has to offer.
I just want to tell you a little about myself. I am married to a wonderful husband, Bart, who works at Orscheln Farm and Home's main office. We have three beautiful adult daughters, two sons-in-law that we love and a GRANDDAUGHTER that we enjoy spending time with. I am ALWAYS willing to share pictures. Our oldest daughter lives in Canton, Ohio after getting married this summer. The twins (girls) both live in Warrensburg. One is an account representative and the other works with foreign students at UCM. We have a Welsh Corgi named Foxy. My husband and I like to travel and spend time with our children and granddaughter.
We will be using several different tools this year including Engage NY. Students will have homework. I do not give a lot of credit for the practice (assignments). The expectation is to only miss a maximum of one question on the assignments since you can redo problems as many times as necessary.
I am available for tutoring before school every day and after school on Tuesdays. I will tutor other days after school if arrangements have been made ahead of time. If you have any questions, please let me know. I can be reached by email at [email protected] or by phone at 660-269-2680 (leave a message), or during 2nd or 6th hour.
I look forward to spending time together this year "doing" math.
